Rules to know
- Carry a leash for each dog, and leash and unleash dogs only inside the double-gated area.
- Dogs may be off leash when with, and under the positive control of, the person who brought them.
- Dogs must wear a collar with identification and a license; no prong or pinch collars.
- No more than three dogs per adult; no dogs in heat or under 4 months; dogs must be vaccinated and free of contagious diseases and parasites.
- The small-dog area is for dogs under 30 pounds or elderly and weak dogs.
- Pick up after your dog right away, and stop it digging and fill any holes.
- No food or treats, and no excessive barking.
- Remove a dog that shows aggression right away.
- Toddlers and small children are best kept outside; an adult must watch any child inside closely.
