• Keep your dog on a leash no longer than 6 feet, attached to a collar or harness and held by a responsible person.
• A dog tied up and left alone for more than 15 minutes counts as at large.
• Pick up after your dog right away and put the waste in a trash can.
• Leash and clean-up violations are infractions: $50 for a first offense, $100 for a second within a year and $500 for a third.
